Spend a couple nights making a simple, elegant gift box sized to hold a bottle of wine. The box design is based on a traditional Japanese style tool box.
This simple design uses straightforward construction methods and simple joinery. The box is built of Cherry wood and the design features a keyed wedge lid that locks the box securely with no hinges or hardware.
Materials to create one box are included in the cost of tuition. Tool List to follow, closer to the class start date
